Safe software to clean your registry

There is a need for software developers to disseminate information regarding how to clean Windows registry.  As it is now most clients have no idea on how to use this system.  Mostly, programmers and those who only take time to explore know this particular aspect of their computer.  They do not know the importance of editing their system.  Clients have no idea how to clean redundant and conflicting data.

I do understand what other programmers say that the last thing that a user should do is to tamper with the computers system.  Changing it without any idea on what you are doing can sometimes do more harm than good.  However, there is a need for its users to know this kind of thing.
