Identifying That Mystery Caller

As far as I’m concerned, there is nothing more interesting than a mystery caller.  Even though a lot of people may think that sounds a little odd – creepy even – I love a mystery.

For instance, when I was in high school the boy next door was so shy he would call and hang up when he lost his nerve.  I knew it was him because of caller I.D.

Later, when I broke up with a college boyfriend, he would leave me messages consisting of romantic songs.  But the phone company told me whose number it was, so, no mystery.

When I got a cell phone and began getting a series of nervous hangups, I wasn’t sure how to locate the caller, but I had fun trying.  Eventually I went online and found a reverse cell search.  Believe it or not, the number belonged to the original boy next door, who was still too shy to leave a message.  We are now dating.
