Asst.dance master become a dance master

My friend is working as a assistant dance master for a film, One day the director asked him to arrange a group dance for a particular song, but he is using his knowledge if the dance for that song will come beautiful when I take it solo dance not a group. Without director knowledge he has taken that scene in solo dance. In trial run, director asked him, what a fantastic solo dance for that song, how it is possible, how you set that type of dance, he was appreciated by him for that dance. From that day onwards he is the main dance master to all his future films. All friend’s asked him how it is possible to come to a main dance master within a short period. He said this was happened only because of my knowledge gained at the time of working in Music shop, there regularly when we are hearing a song , we will practice the dance also.
