Testing Leads to a Tutoring Class

The school my daughter goes to has started up a tutoring class for children to get ready for standardized testing.  The school tests the children so many different times a year and all funding for the private schools are based on this.  My daughter tends to have test anxiety so I am going to send her to some of these classes so that she’ll feel more confident going into the test.  This will alleviate some of her fears and therefore she will score higher.  That’s the plan anyway.  I just hate that there is so much emphasis on test scores in schools these days.
