Debt Relief Needed

I am currently in desperate need of debt relief. I am four months behind on my mortgage payment, owe $20,000 in credit card debt and was recently unemployed for three months. I am now back at work but feel I will never dig out of this hole. Every waking moment is spent worrying about how to pay these bills. It is seriously affecting my family life and my big concern now is that it will begin to affect my job performance. I have to do something and I have to do it now. I just have no idea where to start. It’s very frustrating.
