HONDA IN COURT FOR MILEAGE

Small claims court in California will be the site of a lawsuit brought by a woman who says that her Honda Civic hybrid vehicle did not get the appropriate amount of mileage as advertised by the company and that this meant that it would be a good idea for her to bring her lawsuit to small claims court where she could get the vehicle replaced. Although Honda parts are known for their longevity, the woman said that she was unable to obtain the right amount of mileage on her vehicle even when it was new and was supposed to get fifty miles to the gallon.
