Ejido Property

For those who have really looked into buying property, you will know one of the major concerns of buying in Mexico is, is the land Ejido property? Anybody can buy Ejido land, but the risks are there and you must see if it is worth it for you. First the whole ejido community for that specific area must all agree on selling that land, which can take months or even years, if this is not done right the land can be taken from under your feet even after paying. Ejido Property is usually the cheaper land, this is what attracts many foriegners. It is like stocks, you can lose thousands or make milions, you just need to weigh the risks.
