Sorting Out My Feelings

I can’t believe my wife left me. She had been threatening to for years, but I always thought that was just talk. Three weeks ago she packed her bags, gave me a forwarding address for her mail, and walked out the door. I think I am still in shock. I don’t even know why she left, although she says that she has tried to talk to me for years about our “issues.” My brother recommended life coaching in Ireland as a way to help me get my bearings again. I don’t know if I can get my wife back, or even if I really want to. She wasn’t the only one who was miserable a lot of the time. I guess this is a good opportunity to get some help sorting out my own feelings.
