Solar energy is an alternative energy sources that is quite popular. There are many different uses for solar energy. Heat can be collected from the sun and stored in photovoltaic roof tiles. The heat collected from these photovoltaic roof tiles has many possible uses including heating water for the home or it can even be converted into electricity. There are many benefits for collecting potential energy in the form of heat. For instance whatever energy is not used can turn into cash in your pocket. The power companies would buy the unused energy, meaning you would be making money as an energy provider. The most important benefit of using solar energy is that you will contribute to protecting our environment.
