Sabatier is a French company that has been making professional grade kitchen knives since the early 1800’s. If you like to cook you know that a knife can make or break the experience. There is nothing worse than a dull knife. When I decided to purchase a set of knives I looked at lots of different brands. One thing I wanted to be sure of was that the knives I chose were high quality and felt comfortable in my hand. I saw a variety of Sabatier knife sets and was very impressed. It was a great choice.
