When beginning your weightlifting workouts

You remember a time when you were in great shape. You felt strong and healthy and you felt terrific. Over the years you have not taken the best care of yourself and have decided its time to begin weightlifting workouts to help you get back in to shape again. It is important to remember to workout safely and to start small. Don’t try lifting the weigh you could in college. That could result in an injury that could do some permanent damage and sideline you weightlifting program for good. Working out at any age is a great idea but remember to take it easy and do not over do. The results will happen.
