What do you feel is a valid panic attack treatment?

If you experience panic attacks often, you probably know exactly the best panic attack treatment for your.  If you are like me and you’ve been the victim of this disorder for many years, you can often times even stop a panic attack in its tracks as you start to feel the first symptoms.  Even though I have suffered since I was a child, I often times don’t recognize the panic attacks until it’s too late to try the simplest measures like finding a quite room, exercising or meditating.  And, of course, seeking professional counseling on a regular basis can also help prevent panic attacks all together.  Moreover, even the most seasoned suffer will often times find themselves in a full-blown panic before realizing what has happened to them so that natural remedies work for treatment.
