Green Tea Help with Weight Loss

My sister was trying to lose weight without much success. She just couldn’t stick with her diet regimen. She had been reading about the healthful benefits and green tea weight loss tips. It seems that green tea increases the metabolism and fat burning every day. She decided that she’d make green tea an important part of her diet regimen. Of course once your metabolism is up you want to keep it up with regular cardiovascular exercise. She kept a food journal and started drinking green tea several times a day. She was able to lose ten pounds in two months fairly easily. She then continued on to lose five more pounds. Green tea helped her to stay on her weight loss diet.
