Feeding your muscles, and burning fat

We all know I am sure that when you try and burn fat, you might lose muscle, and hopefully lower your weight, and overall body fat.
A lot of books, and magazines out there have tips, and overall guidelines for you to accomplish your goals of burning fat, and building muscle. Trainers may have heard of a well known book called the Burn the Fat feed the muscle book. In this book, it has step by step instructions on what you should do when, and how much, this book even shows you how to visualize your goals, and meet or exceed them.
