Eating healthy for the long run

December 30th, 2008 by admin

If you struggle with your weight, it’s possible that you are addicted to aggressive food tastes. This is not talked about as often in diet and nutrition talk, but it is extremely important. You may not know that you are addicted to food tastes and healthy eating is hard for you… but it is a real problem exacerbated by the food industry. A few tips you should consider…

1. Try to reduce your intake of sweetened drinks and use water or unsweetened tea instead.

2. Use black coffee instead of sweetened coffee.

3. Eat unprocessed meats such as steaks or chicken breasts instead of processed meats like hot dogs, sausages, or ham.
