Do You Know the Causes of Acne?

When my nephew developed acne he was very lazy about taking care of his skin. Despite his mother’s urgings he didn’t want to take the time to properly wash his face and put on ointments. Needless to say the acne didn’t get better. My sister didn’t know he wasn’t washing and caring for his skin properly until she took him to the dermatologist. When the dermatologist talked with him he discovered this. The dermatologist explained to my nephew what the cause of acne is and told my sister in law that the best acne treatment initially is the proper use of over-the-counter acne remedies. He is to try these before he has expensive prescriptions written.
