Putting health and safety first

I recently opened a bakery and cafe in my hometown. This hits two birds with one stone: I get to earn from my passion, which is baking, and I get to help boost economy for the small community I live in. But since my workers have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, where a lot of things could go wrong, I had to put their health and safety into consideration. I did extensive research online on how to make my large kitchen more accident-proof, and I shared what I learned to my employees. My bakery has been open for 2 months now, and, thankfully, we’ve had no major accidents.
