Hoping I Wouldn’t Make a Mistake

June 16th, 2008 by admin

When I was made the executor of an estate, I hoped that I would figure out what I was doing. I really cared about this person. I didn’t know much at all about the probate process. I hoped that I would select a good attorney. I hoped that someone would tell me how to prepare for your first probate attorney visit. I hoped that I would find everything that I would need. I hoped that someone would help you deal with all the extra emotions that you feel. I hoped that I wouldn’t make a mistake. I hoped that I wouldn’t upset anyone. I hoped that I wouldn’t let anyone down.

Keeping Busy Doing Volunteer Work

May 6th, 2008 by admin

On many of the long deployments that my husband gets sent to, I am always trying to fill my time here at home. This deployment I got together with another wife whose husband was also deployed. She is from Thailand and she was going to go home for 6 months while the men were gone. I decided to look into being a volunteer abroad in Asia so that maybe I could leave the country for 6 months as well. I had the wonderful opportunity to help teach English to some Buddhist monks in Thailand. What a great experience and a lovely way to give back while my husband was so busy.

ERP Evaluation Is Important

May 3rd, 2008 by admin

Companies who make use of ERP and has already integrated it into their system should have ERP Evaluation yearly.  This is important so management knows where processes have improved, what areas.  And if there are no improvements in specific areas,  they could evaluate what could have happened and what’s the reason for the failure.  That is where we failed before with the software that we bought because we did not evaluate the software even if all the systems were not working.

Evaluations are important not just in business but in our way of life.  We should evaluate all of our actions and see if there would be consequences because regrets always happen in the end.

No Time

April 28th, 2008 by admin

I knew there would come a time in my life that I would not be able to keep up with my favorite authors. Now that I have 4 children and a part time job I believe that my favorite author has recently put out 2 books that I have not had time to delve into. I think I will start looking into audio books so I can listen to them any time. Even when doing the housework I can listen to audiobooks on my MP3 player. It’s great that even when driving to work I can keep up with my favourite authors.

Educational Software Company Can Sponsor Educational Softwares For All The Schools

April 9th, 2008 by admin

The country should focus on providing education for everybody from all walks of life.  There should be free educational software provided to all the schools and other institutions.  Since this will cost much, I gather it should be sponsored by an Educational Software Company.  They could put it in the program of the cd so it will be kind of a promotion for them. In that way, it is actually free promotion also for that company so it is a win win situation.

This software can be used as standard of education for all levels in the whole country.  So whatever your status in life may be (private or public), you will have the same level of education.

April 5th, 2008 by admin

So many people say that you do need to have a degree to become a legal secretary.  All you need is Legal Secretary Training and you are good to go. All you need are some basic secretarial skills aka clerical skills and the rest can be learned on the job itself. Although the following skills are needed, proficiency in typing, you should know computer programs and word processing programs.  And there are many books at the library that you can check out for free to familiarize yourself with legal documents. You will not need to know the purpose of each document right away, this is something you will learn as you go. Most attorneys do not prepare all their documents exactly the same anyway, but follow a similar outline so you should at least know the template of some legal documents.  You will also want to get yourself a good dictionary with legal terms until you become familiarized with the proper pronunciation and spelling of legal terminologies.
