For those who have really looked into buying property, you will know one of the major concerns of buying in Mexico is, is the land Ejido property? Anybody can buy Ejido land, but the risks are there and you must see if it is worth it for you. First the whole ejido community for that specific area must all agree on selling that land, which can take months or even years, if this is not done right the land can be taken from under your feet even after paying. Ejido Property is usually the cheaper land, this is what attracts many foriegners. It is like stocks, you can lose thousands or make milions, you just need to weigh the risks.

You may know Jersey City from the Opening scenes of the Sopranos or the other side of the Holland Tunnel, but in reality the city has a lot to offer. From the Newport area, which was founded by Alexander Hamilton, to Exchange Place, where most of the Wall Street offices have offices, Jersey City is growing. Goldman Sachs just built a 50+ story tower to house its back office. Merrill Lynch has several offices as well as JP Morgan Chase. Numerous high rise condos are going up all over the city with amazing NYC views.

There is no magical formula that tells you how to get your ex boyfriend back. Although it is not the easiest thing to move on, it is probably the best. If it were meant to be, it would have worked out. As they say, if you love something, set it free. If it comes back to you it is yours. If it doesn’t, it never was.
