Spell check twice.
July 24th, 2008 by admin
In most cases, your cover letter will be the first thing your prospective employer will see or know about you. This will be your first impression and you want it to be good so knowing how to write a cover letter is important. It should be the best thing you have ever written. I can not stress enough the importance of using good grammar and no, I repeat, no spelling errors. When I found a cover letter or resume with a misspelled word, it went into the trash without another thought. If your best piece of work has spelling errors in it, what will your routine work look like?

I found cheap car insurance online.
July 24th, 2008 by admin
I hear people complaining about the cost of auto insurance all the time. I don’t think I pay too much for car insurance. If you had asked me a few months ago, I would have agreed that car insurance prices are outrageous, but I found cheap car insurance online. I was tired of paying huge monthly premiums. I am an excellent driver with a clean driving record. Although my insurance company offered me a discount based on that fact, I thought I was paying too much. I searched the internet and found a policy that had comparable coverage but a much lower monthly premium. Now, I am satisfied with the amount I pay each month for coverage.

Tables
July 24th, 2008 by admin
Sometimes tables can be difficult to read, especially for one who is intimidated by math. However, one table that people should look at very closely when they are deciding how to pay off their mortgage is a mortgage amortization table. What this table does is tell you over the course of a loan, how much of your monthly payment is going toward the principal, and how much is being payed out toward interest. Usually at the beginning of the loan a majority of the payment goes toward interest, with the amount going toward the principal gradually increasing at the end of the loan.

Internet recruiting works!
July 23rd, 2008 by admin
We moved away from Florida 2 years ago and I really miss it and want to go back. My husband has a job here in North Carolina and I work from home. We decided he would have to find that new job back in Florida before we would put our house up for sale. My husband had heard about internet recruiting and decided to contact an internet recruiter with whom to post his resume. He put his resume on many sites but spent most of his time working with the on line recruiter who was helping him update his resume and find a job.

Where are the credit card offers?
July 22nd, 2008 by admin
We live almost in a cashless society. Every day with more money being spent online and credit cards, bank atm cards and gift cards (and gift cards that look, feel and act like credit cards) being used more than cash it seems most money is tied up into digital transactions! I noticed this one day when I actually cashed a check and got real money back. I hadn’t realized how much I missed seeing the real money! Credit card offers these days are great and we will probably be seeing less and less cash circulating around. I like to use my credit card to pull out real money sometimes, because although it allows me to spend outside my means, I like to feel rich by watching real money transact!

Take Advantage of some Close to Home Web Marketing Strategies
July 20th, 2008 by admin
Handing out flyers with your contact information on them to many different housing areas could be one of your offline web marketing strategies. Please don’t ring the doorbells and spend time at each one talking about your opportunity, but put a flyer in their door to simply let them know what your opportunity is about. Do this in the rich neighborhoods, middle, and low class.
Leave your business cards at bridal stores. Many young couples are looking for ways to make more money, and if your product is a way to do that, this is a great spot to leave your information.

Offering a Variety of Products
July 20th, 2008 by admin
Let’s face the facts. Companies who offer a variety of products and services are going to draw customers faster than companies with limited products and services. I should have majored in marketing! Recently, my husband and I went to obtain pre-approval for a home mortgage. We checked with several different companies, and we ended up choosing the company that offered a variety of mortgage options. They were experts at mortgage marketing because they had plenty of information available that we could take home with us to review. They also had several special promotions running that did not hurt matters, either! We were able to choose between a FHA, fixed, or variable rate mortgage (more commonly known as an ARM). Ultimately, our broker worked with us to secure the best possible deal for our situation.

Make your customer feel (credit nevoi personale) special
July 19th, 2008 by admin
We want to be the “special” customer. We want to feel that our decision to buy meant more to the business owner than just another sale(credit nevoi personale). But, sometimes businesses get caught up in speedy transactions, and swift customer turnarounds, and forget to consider their most valuable asset…the customers. But, the result is, your customer (credit nevoi personale) will walk out the door and never come back. Make your customer feel ( credit nevoi personale ) special .NO ENCOURAGEMENT TO RETURN. How many people view “the sale” as the end-all moment to customer interaction? “The customer purchased (credit nevoi personale), my job is done.” This is a mentality that absolutely terrifies me because it means the small business owner has given up on future “mastering moments.” Nevertheless, it’s common among small businesses.

Quality construction equipment at auctions
July 19th, 2008 by admin
Even though the economy these days seems to be taking a hit due to the high prices of gasoline and oil, we still see an awful lot of construction going on. It doesn’t matter where you go in the country or the world we see new businesses and buildings popping up everywhere. For those construction companies going to a construction equipment auction is the best way to obtain new equipment for their company’s needs. Even though the equipment you will buy at one of these auction has been used is by no means of a poorer quality than buying new or renting the same equipment.
