Opinions On Skin Mattifiers?

Is it too much to ask of your opinion? I am looking for someone who has tried multiple skin mattifiers and knows which one is the best in their estimation. I don't want to go out and spend hundreds of dollars, so it would be great if you could suggest a more reasonably priced brand or product that still gets good quality results. I want to look my best, you know?
