Zero Is A Lot

I had never paid much attention to my credit card statements other than to make sure all the transactions were mine. I didn’t even know how much interest I was paying. I read an article about 0 balance transfer cards that made me take action. I pulled out my statement and learned what my interest rate was and how much of my monthly payment was going towards interest instead of the balance. That was certainly a wake up call. I realized how having an interest free period could really be beneficial to me. From now on I am going to pay more attention to my finances.
