Reverse lookup would be great to do away with scammers

I would love to be able to use the reverse lookup for email addresses. Wouldn’t it be great to get the real owner of the latest email that you have received from the Nigerian bank deposit scammers? You could immediately forward their information to the local authorities, or maybe even the FBI. They would probably find out that the Nigerian scammers are hold up in a hotel located in a small Midwestern town. But one ting it would do for sure: eliminate the number of spam emails that you receive from unwanted solicitors trying to sell you their next best scam.
