House Flipping for Cash

Working for myself has always been a dream.  With the recent down turn in the economy it seems I have no other choice.  I met a group of investors who were willing to show me the ropes of house flipping.  I met with them for two weeks of training before I bought my first home.  I bought the house for cash, put minimal money back into it and then sold it for a profit.  I felt a rush of pride in myself.  The more house flipping I did the easier it became.  Now I do it for a living and would never think of going back to a desk job again.
