Hoping to work my way in to a full time job

I have been desperately trying to find some employment in hawkes bay nz and I think I might finally have something sorted out. It’s a job on one of the vineyards which I know will be quite hard work but I enjoy working outside and I’m certainly not scared by a bit of hard work. At this stage it is looking like it will be temporary but I reckon if I work hard and show them that I am keen and a good worker they might hopefully offer me a full time role. I suppose I will find out when I get there but hopefully that is the way it happens.
