Getting Started In A New Career

I am thinking about getting a new career in human resources. I have done some work in the field in the past when I have worked for small organizations that didn’t have an HR department, and I really liked it. However, I need to get some HR training first. I think I want to get a Master’s degree in Human Resources, so I am looking into the options available. I am debating between getting my degree online or going to a traditional university. I am thinking my best bet would be to find a traditional university that offers an online option.
